Send an email to logomount@outlook.com with your registered phone number or email. Subject: "Account Deletion Request" We will process your request within 48 hours.
What Data Is Deleted
Profile information (name, phone, email, photo), login sessions and device tokens, location data, preferences and notification settings, food alerts and favorite vendors, wait requests (pending and historical, notification history, ratings you submitted
What Data Is Retained
Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable statistics may be retained for up to 12 months for service improvement.
